摘要
中国城市供水定价的目标是保证正常需求,抑制过量需求。对目前国际上比较流行的两种城市供水定价模式进行比较分析,指出分类分级定价模式符合中国实际,价格上限定价模式具有成本约束的优点,并提出中国城市供水定价改革的相关建议。
The aim of towns water pricing is to insure normal demand and to restrict superfluous demand. The paper supports classifying - grading pricing model by comparing two different pricing models of towns water in detail and proposes the correlated suggestion of towns water pricing of China.
