一种射频功率放大器自适应预失真线性化技术 被引量:1

A Adaptive Pre-Distortion Technique for RF Power Amplifiers

摘要 研究一种用于改善射频功率放大器非线性失真的预失真技术。文中给出了平行式失真信号产生电路结构,提出了该电路改善射频功率放大器非线性新的应用方式,并对其特性进行了分析,在此基础上添加了自适应控制电路,提高了系统的稳定性。最后给出了ADS仿真结果。实验结果表明,IMD3的性能得到有效的改善。 A kind of pre-distortion method for improving the nonlinearity of RF power amplifier is studied and a kind of circuit which causes the distortion is presented. A new application of the improved circuit is proposed. This paper discusses the principle of this system and adds adaptive control circuit to make the performance of system stable. At last, this paper shows the result with the ADS simulation soft. And the result indicates that the performance of IMD3 is enhanced remarkably.
