摘要
设计了一个用于SAR结构的模数转换器的采样保持电路,采用5V供电具有14bit的采样精度和4MHz的采样频率。利用两个buffer的缓冲作用,降低了由于运放的输入电容产生的误差;并通过放大器反馈减弱了与输入信号相关的电荷注入的影响。
A 14-bit,4 MHz sampling precision sample-and-hold circuit with 5V supply for SAR ADCs was designed. The topology of this circuit can decrease the charge injection which related with the input signal and the offset caused by the input capacitance of the OP effectively.
