中国房地产业存在泡沫吗

摘要本文试图从两个方面就我国的房地产业进行实证分析,包括房屋销售价格指数与土地价格指数的相关程度,以及房价收入比。结果表明,中国房地产业尚未表现出显著的泡沫现象。
