新时期加强高校学生管理工作具有重要、深远的意义。在学生管理中实施“辅导员-导师”制度不能发挥其应有的积极作用的情况下,我院在不断探索中实施了“辅导员-班主任-导师”制度。4年多的实践证明,该制度在学生工作中发挥了积极作用,这种管理模式对高校学生管理工作具有一定的参考价值。

It is significant to strengthen the student management in colleges. Under the condition that the implementation of ＂Instructor - tutor＂ system cannot develop the positive effect that it should have, colleges carry out the ＂Instructor - head teacher of class - tutor＂ system during continuously investigations. The 4 years fulfillment certificates that the system developed the positive effect in students＇ management. This kind of students＇management mode has a certain referential value to college.
