胆胰和胃冲剂预防肝胆管结石术后复发的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Prevention of Recurrence of Post-operative Hepatolith with Chinese Herb Danyihewei Granule

在研究中成药胆胰和胃冲剂有抑制成石胆汁作用的基础上，应用其预防肝胆管结石术后的复发。通过８年临床观察，服药组１３０例结石复发率为３．８４％，对照组１１４例结石复发率为２７．１９％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明：胆胰和胃冲剂能有效地预防肝胆管结石术后的复发。

Hepatolithiasis is a common and multiple disease in our country. Because of its pathological complexity, high morbidity of postoperative residual stone and recurrence, reoperation must be taken to deal with these thorny problems which have been existed in surgical practice. Recently,with the progress in operative procedure and new technique, postoperative residual stone have ben remarkably reduced, but postoperative recurrence have still remained high. More serious pathological conditions and multiple operations give rise to more operative complications and mortality. We used chinese herbal medicine Danyihewei granules that could inhibit the formation of stone-forming bile, and applied this kind of agent to prevent the recurrence of postoperative hepatolith. The clinical investigation showed that the recurrence in drug-treated group (130 cases) was 3.84%, whereas 27.1% (P<0. 01) in control group (114 cases).
