摘要
基于人眼的光学系统模型,给出了矫正近视、远视的内植镜(PIOL)屈光度和眼睛高级像差的计算公式,较之临床上使用的经验公式提高了计算PIOL屈光度的准确性。利用ZEMAX光学设计软件,对植入具有相同屈光度、不同光学结构PIOL的人眼成像质量进行了理论分析。结果表明,当PIOL中心厚度相同时,植入凸凹结构PIOL对人眼成像质量有最佳矫正效果。
The analytic formula of phakic intraocular lenses(PIOLs) power to correct myopia,hyperopia and eye's senior aberration is presented based on optical system model of human eyes, which improves the calculation accuracy of PIOL power compared with the experience formula. When the implanted PIOLs have the same power and central thickness but different optical structures,the imaging quality of eyes are analyzed in detail by using the ZEMAX optical design software. The results show the PIOLs with convex-concave structure are superior to the others on improving the imaging quality of eyes.
