摘要 研制了一种单片机控制的LD特性测试系统。该系统包括1台便携式LD特性测试仪和1套测试软件。测试系统可以运行在4种测试模式下:自动电流控制模式(ACC)、自动功率控制模式(APC)、自动电压控制模式(AVC)和自动背光电流控制模式(AMC);LD驱动电流可实现0~2A连续可调。测试系统同时对温控实现精确的控制,采用软件方法实现Fuzzy+PID调节,并结合积分分离思想,使温度控制快速而有效;采取了软启动控制、断路开关及限流保护的措施,有效地保证了LD的安全。实验表明:测试系统具有智能化程度高、硬件结构简单和使用方便等优点。 A portable multifunctional LD testing system controlled by single-chip microcomputer is presented. This testing system has simple structure of hardware and low cost and perfect function. It is the main point that arithmetic of software substitute structure of hardware. A portable testing instrument and a suit of testing software is included. Four controlling modes is permitted——ACC, APC, AVC, AMC. The sweep current can attain the level of form 0 A to 2 A. The system includes accurate temperature control function adjusted by Fuzzy+ PID and integral separation. Complete LD protection is provided including independent current limit and power limit setting,output off shorting circuits, a slow turn on sequence. The results show this testing system has a lot of advantages such as high intelligence,briefness of hardware and convenience.
