摘要
博士研究生教育是国家教育体系中的最高层次,如何确保研究生培养质量,提高博士生创新能力,已经引起了全社会的关注。博士研究生教育要从重视综合素质和研究能力,改革“应试型”选拔方式;加强应用型人才培养,促进学位类型多样化;优化课程设置,改进课程质量;建立导师组,实现指导方式的多样化等几方面努力,从而提高我国博士整体教育质量。
Doctor training is the highest level in national education system. How to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and raise doctors' creative abilities has already drawn the attention of the whole society. Doctor education should emphasize comprehensive quality and research ability, reform the "test oriented" selective mode, strengthen the training of applied talents, promote the diversity of degree types, optimize curriculum setup, improve course quality, form groups of supervisors to multiply the modes of guidance, hence to raise the overall quality of doctor training in China.
