脉炎消治疗多发性大动脉炎39例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 39 Cases of Polyarteritis Treated with Maiyanxiao

多发性大动脉炎及其主要分支的非特异性炎症性疾病，属中医脉痹、血痹等范畴。本病病因不清，缺乏根治方法。采用中药制剂脉炎消治疗本病３９例，男１，女３８，女性占９７．４％。头部缺血症状大有改善；肢体缺血症状，不论疼痛，间歇性跛行，肢体发冷均有改善。肢体血流图治疗前为３．４９±２．４８ｍｖ，治疗后变为６．７９±１．７９ｍｖ，二者有非常显著性差异。治疗前后血液流变学检查提示，纤维蛋白原水平，治疗前为４．２５±２．１０ｇ／Ｌ，治疗后为３．２２±１．６５ｇ／Ｌ，（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血沉３９例，治后下降均值为１３．６８±３．９６（Ｐ＜０．０１），差异显著。治疗结果：显效患者１３例（３３．３％），良好１４例（３５．９％），改善者１２例（３０．８％）。

cases of polyarteritis were treated with a chinese Herb Maiyanxiao(injectio).Through the investigation of blood rheologic change before and after treatment,significant diffierence was found in fibroingen and ESR(P<0.01).Clinical obseration on 39 cases showed good result:the overal effectiveness was 39 cases (100%).The result indicated that Maiyanxiao has good effection for treatment of polyarteritis.
