黛力新辅助雌激素替代疗法治疗更年期心理精神障碍

Flupenthixol/melitracen assistant estrogen replacement therapy in treatment for climacteric mental disorders

目的:探讨氟哌噻吨辅助雌激素替代疗法治疗更年期精神障碍的效果。方法:对80例更年期精神障碍患者分别给予黛力新+雌激素替代疗法或单纯雌激素替代治疗,在治疗前后应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评分比较。结果:两组治疗前的评分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗前后相比均有差异(P<0.01);治疗6个月后除强迫一项外,其他项目均有差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:氟哌噻吨联合雌激素治疗更年期精神障碍是有效的,且较单纯雌激素替代疗法好。

Objective： To investigate the psychological disorder among the patients of climacteric syndrome and explore the therapeutic effect of flupenthixol/melitracen assistant estrogen replacement therapy. Methods： 80 patients were assigned randomly into test group （treated with flupenthixol/melitracen assistant estrogen replacement therapy） and control group, each of which were marked by symptom checldistg0 （SCL -90） before and after the treatment, respectively. Results. The scores between the two groups were similar （P 〉0. 05） before treatment. In test group, the scores decreased significantly after treated for 6 months （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Compared with those before therapy, while control group had little change. The scores but one aspect between the two groups were different after treated for 6 months （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The climacteric patients with psychological disorder could be treated effectively by flupenthixol/melitracen assistant estrogen replacement therapy, the effect of which is better than that of estrogen replacement therapy alone.
