巢式PCR扩增TCRV_(82)-D_(83)基因片段及其临床意义

THE AMPLIFICATION OF TCR V_82D83 FRAGMENTS USING NEST PCR AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

以巢式ＰＣＲ扩增急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨髓细胞中，Ｔ细胞受体基因Ｖ８２－Ｄ８３片段。受试病例有６７％（４１／６１例）获约８０～８９ｈＰ的ＤＮＡ片段。提示Ｖ８２－Ｄ８３基因重排亚型是具有一定代表的类型，对于鉴定白血病残留克隆，具有一定的临床价值。

Abstract:he V82-D83 fragments of T cell receptor gene rearrangement were amplified by Nest PCR in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. The majority of cases (41/61 ) show about 80-89hp DNA fragment of V82-D 83 recombination by electrophoresis assay. It is indicated that the V82-D83 recombination could be used for detecting minimal residual disease in clinical practice.
