介绍煤粉锅炉内结渣、积灰对锅炉运行的影响,并从大型煤粉锅炉炉膛设计参数、燃烧器及系统的选用,以及吹灰器的类型和布置等几方面提出防结渣措施,可作为大型锅炉燃用易结渣煤种设计选型的参考。
The influence of slagging and ash deposition in pulverized coal boiler upon its operation has been briefly presented, and preventive measures for slagging being put forward from several aspects, such as furnace design parameters of large- scale pulverized coal boiler, selection of burners and system, as well as types and layout of soot blowers etc. , providing with reference for design and type selection of large - scale boilers burning coal sort easily for slagging.
