汽包锅炉给水全程控制系统各阶段仿真研究

摘要 在调节阀和变速泵控制系统的基础上,对汽包锅炉给水全程控制系统在机组起动、低负荷和高负荷3个阶段状态进行了仿真研究,给出了各阶段参数整定的方法,分析了调节阀及给水泵转速控制系统内调节器参数与给水控制系统之间的关系。仿真结果对实际控制系统的运行和调试具有一定的指导意义,有助于提高机组控制系统的自动投入率。 On the basis of control system for regulating valve and speed - varying pump, the study on simulation of full - process control system for feed - water pump of a drum boiler has been carried out in situation of three stages, namely start - up, low load operation, and high load operation, giving out method of setting parameters in each stage, analysing and approaching the relationship between parameters of the regulator and the feed - water control system in the control system of regulating valve and feed - water pump speed. The results of simulation have certain guiding significance for operation and debuging of the real control system, it is helpful to enhance the automatic putting into service ratio for the said control system.
