Abstract:This article reported the measurement of T--cell sub--group of 20 cases in ITP podiatric patients. The results showed that: (1) compared with the patient group and the contrast group, CD3 .CD4 values were not distinguished differences (P>0. 05);CD8 value elevated obviously, the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased (P<0.01) were seen in the patient group. All of these causes induced the destruction the platelet and maturation hinderence of megakaryocyte. We also discovered the CD4CD8 double marker cells increasing evidently in the chronic ITP patients, some patients transformed to aplasic anemia, how their relationship between those, is must be for the further investigation.
