摘要
对11个园林绿化树种的2年生苗进行SO2胁迫处理,并对其叶片光合色素含量进行了测定与分析,在此基础上初步探讨了树种对SO2胁迫的抗性机理,并着重探讨了类胡萝卜素的作用。
Potted two - year- old seedlings of eleven ornamental tree species were fumigated by sulfur dioxide with different concentrations, the content of photosynthetic pigment were tested and analyzed. Resistant mechanism of tree species to sulfur dioxide was primary probed under this basis, and the role of carotenoid was discussed.
