Competitive Policies of Transitional Countries and International Coordination——Viewed from the Angle of Studying the CIS and East and Central European States

随着经济全球化趋势的日益加强,各国经济同台竞争的机会越来越多。国家竞争政策不论是在促进国内经济健康有序发展,还是在协调国际经济关系方面,都发挥着越来越重要的作用。20世纪90年代,大部分经济转轨国家借鉴欧美发达国家的经验,制定并实施了以反垄断为核心的竞争政策,积极参与国际合作,力求与国际接轨。但是,在参与构建国际竞争政策体系进程中,转轨国家面临着一系列亟待解决的难题。

Along with the intensified economic globalization trends,there will be more and more chances of competitions among economies on the same arena.National competitive policies will play an increasingly important role both in promoting the healthy and orderly development of domestic economies and in coordinating international economic relations.In 1990s most economic transitional countries assimilated the experience of their European and American developed counterparts,formualted and implemented the monopoly-dominated competitive policies,took an active part in international cooperation and tried their utmost to get in line with the international practice,but they are now confronted with a series of burning issues in the process of joining in building the system of international competitive policies.
