Abstract: Tutomted Coagulation Laboratory Analyzer was used to measure the activities of vitamin K-dependent factors in 192 normal full-term neonates. The results showed: The activities of factors Ⅱ,Ⅶ, and X were 42%, 61%, 24% and 38% respectively at birth. Inthe late period, their activities gradually increased. Factory was the one developing withthe fastest speed among the four vitamin K-dependent factors. Factor E and X were thosewith less speed and factor developed at the slowest velocity. During the neonatal period,factor rose quickly id the adult level at the first week and the activities of factors Ⅱ, IXand X were lower than that of the adult group (p<0. 001)
