摘要
应用放射免疫法测定６７对产妇与胎儿脐血的叶酸、维生素Ｂ１２及铁蛋白（ＳＦ）值，并进行配对观察。结果显示都匀地区孕产妇在妊娠晚期有２７／６７树叶酸、３５／６７例Ｂ１２、６１／６７例ＳＦ存在有降低或缺乏，胎儿脐血的叶酸、维生素Ｂ１２及ＳＦ值均在正常范围。故建议对妊娠中、晚期的产妇应注意及时补充铁剂、维生素Ｂ１２和叶酸，以提高母婴的健康。
Abstract: The blood folio and Vit B12 as well as serum ferritin in 67 cases of gestation mother and infant were assayed and compared, The age of the mother was 25 on average. The results showed that the folio acid in 27 cases, vit B12 in 35 cases as well as serum ferritin in 61 cases were decreased or absent. The content of folio acid. vit B12. serum ferritin in infant is normal. It is suggested that Fe, vit B12 as well as folio acid should be given in the mid to lategestation months.
