摘要
针对中小批量生产的机械加工车间,深入研究其生产管理模式,提出具有较强适应性的离散类制造执行系统模型,设计了Job-shop调度算法。并以此为构架开发了基于Web的制造执行系统软件,建立了一个以作业计划与调度为核心的MES运行系统。
According to the characteristics of machining shop, a model of MES （ Manufacturing Execution System ） for job shop was put forward. The model included two layers cycle, workshop and unit, which predigested the model of scheduling. In the light of the model, a software system based web was developed for workshop management. Scheduling is the core of the system. A new algorithm for job shop scheduling based on priority was used in the system so as to realize the appropriate scheduling for machining shop.
