脲醛接枝氢氧化镁对EVA的阻燃改性 被引量:8

摘要 将硅烷偶联剂-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH—550)锚固在氢氧化镁(MH)表面,通过乳液聚合制备了用脲醛树脂(UF)接枝的MH阻燃剂。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),扫描电镜(SEM)和激光粒度仪对改性MH进行了表征,用氧指数测量仪和拉伸试验机研究了脲醛接枝率(接枝脲醛质量和MH质量比)和改性的MH添加量对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)阻燃性能和拉伸性能的影响。实验结果:脲醛接枝率为5%时,改性MH粒径最小,将其以60%的粉体比例添加到EVA中时,氧指数最大为40%,拉伸强度为13.9MPa,断裂伸长率为130.6%。结果表明,脲醛接枝率和改性MH添加量对EVA阻燃性能与拉伸强度起决定作用,可以在提高阻燃效果的同时提高EVA拉伸。 To anchor the coupler agent of KH-550 on the surface of MH, the flame retardance was prepared by emulsion polymerization. Modified MH is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and laser particle size instruments. The flame retardance and the tensile property of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is affected by UF graft ratio and adding amount of modified MH ,which is studied by means of oxygen index meter and tensile testing machine. The results show that when the particle diameter of graft MH is of 5%, the UF grafted ratio is the smallest, as 60% by power volume of which is added into EVA, the oxygen index is 40% (max), the tensile strength is 13.9Mpa and breaking extension is 130.6%.In summary, the graft ratio of UF and adding amount of MH play a decisive role in frame retardance and the tensile property of EVA, in addition, the tensile property of EVA is enhanced, at the same time the effect of flame retardance is improved.
