摘要 目前使用的综合录井系统由于接口协议的不同以及使用技术的局限,导致不同公司的控制器之间不能实现数据共享。针对上述问题,开发了NLS网络综合录井软件系统。该系统以以太网结合TCP/IP协议作为现场总线来提高系统的信噪比及可扩展性,获得较高的传输速率;该系统的实时处理模块及应用模块采用网格计算技术,实现了更好地利用计算资源、增加用户生产力和高度可伸缩性目标;井场局域网与广域网的联接,NLS采用Web页浏览、ActiveX技术及远程自动化技术,以B/S交互模式实现Intranet/Internet直接整合,而不必通过现场监控计算机作为整合和接口,即可提供完整直接的透通性、一致性,实现了远程监控、诊断及全球资源的共享。网络录井系统是一个全新的概念,NLS较好地解决了“自动化信息孤岛”问题,经过数十口井录井检验证明,该系统具有较好的可靠性、稳定性和先进性。 As the interface agreements of the comprehensive mud logging system used at present are different and the system has the technical limitation, the different companies can not share the data through the controller. According to the above mentioned problem, the NLS network comprehensive mud logging software system was developed, which took the Ether net combined with TCP/IP agreement as the wellsite bus to improve system signal and noise ratio and the extendable ability in order to obtain higher transmission rate. The real time processing module and application module of the system adopts network computation technology to realize the target for better using computer resources, increasing user's productive force, higher expansion ability, and the connection of site local network with internet. NLS adopts Web page browsing, Active X technology and remote automatic technology to realize direct conformity for Intranet/internet by B/S interactive model and did not need to pass through site monitoring computer as the conformity interface. Now it can provide the integrated direct linking up and consistency property, realizing remote monitoring, diagnosing and globe resource share. The network mud logging system is a new concept, which can solve the problem of “the isolated island of the automation information” fairly, and was verified by mud logging for tens of wells to possess better reliability, stability and advanced property.
