摘要
目的建立烟叶提取物中茄尼醇含量的测定方法。方法选择甲醇-乙醇(1:1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长211 nm,柱温30℃等条件测定茄尼醇的含量。结果在21.6~216.0 mg/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.68%。结论此方法简单、迅速,可用于不同含量茄尼醇样品的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of solanesol extracted from tobacco leaves. Methods The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and alcohol (1:1) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength of 211 nm and column temperature of 30℃. Results The regression curve was linear between 21.6~216 mg/L (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.5% and the RSD was 0.68%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, and can be used in the determination of solanesol samples with different contents.
