摘要
支柱瓷绝缘子是变电所运行的重要部件,瓷绝缘子因结构简单、机械强度高以及良好的耐老化性和绝缘性被广泛应用在电力系统输变电设备中。但近年来,国内因支柱瓷绝缘子损坏而造成的事故时有发生,青海电力公司自2000年开始着手进行支柱瓷绝缘子超声波检测工作,通过数年的检测,发现并更换了大量的缺陷瓷瓶,保证了青海电网的安全、稳定运行。文中通过对110 kV及以上支柱瓷瓶的检测情况进行统计分析,提出了在高海拔地区支柱瓷绝缘子断裂产生的原因及防范措施。
As an important operating component of substation, pillar porcelain insulator has been applied to transmission and distribution equipments of electric power system because of simple structure, high mechanical strength, favorable aging resistance and insulativity. However, in recent years, the accident caused by pillar porcelain insulator damage often occurred in domestic, ultrasonic inspection of pillar porcelain insulator has been prosecuted in Qinghai power company from the year of 2000. Through several years' inspection, large numbers of defect insulator has been discovered and replaced, thus ensures safe and stable operation of Qinghai power grid. The paper makes statistics and analysis based on the inspection data of pillar porcelain insulator of llOkV and higher roltage, and proposes reason and preventive measures of pillar porcelain insulator fracture fault on high altitude areas.
