青海电力科技查新的网络化管理探析

随着计算机技术的发展,网络应用技术的普及,科技查新工作又面临着新的挑战。传统的查新工具——手工检索工具书及几个单机版的数据库已远远不能满足当前形势下的科技查新工作,查新工作日趋走向网络管理现代化、科学化。文章结合青海电力试验研究所现有的网络资源,分析了建立青海电力查新管理系统的环境因素,提出了建立查新管理系统的设想。

With the development of computer technology, the popular of network application technique, the science and technology novelty search is confronted with the new challenge.
