双季鏻盐1与n-BuLi反应生成膦双叶德2,接着与两种不同的醛发生bis-Wittig反应成功地合成了天然产物二烯脂肪酸甲酯7a及两个新的类似物7b和7c,产率为24%~30%.该法具有原料易得,路线短等特点.产物的结构用IR、1HNMK、和MS等进行了表征.图3,参16.
Natural occurring diene fatty acid ester 7a and its derivatives 7b, 7e were easily synthesized in 24%-30% yields by the bis-Wittig reactions of bis-Ylide 2 resulted easily from the reaction of the corresponding bis-phosphonium salt and n-BuLi, with two different aldehydes. This is a very short and efficient route for the synthesis of diene fatty acid esters. Compounds 7a-7c were characterized with IR, 1HNMR, and MS. 3figs., 16refs.
