摘要
针对珠海电厂煤码头卸船机截料板在运行过程中,多次出现截料板与船上的设备相碰撞的现象进行分析后,提出采用加装截料板防撞装置的解决方案,并对卸船机PLC逻辑控制程序进行分析,并介绍了对它的程序改造,取得较好效果。
This paper analyses the phenomenon of the cutter plate colliding with the equipment of the ship during the operation of the unloader's cutter plate in the coal terminal of Zhuhai Power Station and puts forward a solving plan that installing an anti - collision unit on the cutter plate. It analyses the control program of the unloader's PLC and introduses the reformation of it.
