摘要
对旋磁场影响大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOP)活力的时效关系进行了研究,在旋磁场中一次曝磁30分钟使人白鼠血清SOD活力增加至少持续2小时,曝磁14次组(30min/次/日)SOD活力增加的程度虽比1次组高,但差别并不显著。说明旋磁场使SOD活力增加主要表现为即时的生物效应。
he time-effect relationship of the effect of the rotating magnetic field on the activity of SOD in the serum of rats has been studied.The increase of the activity of the rat sera's SOD lasted at least two hours after they had been exposed to the rotating magnetic field for 30 minutes a time,While they were exposed 14 times(30 rninutes a time/per day),the in-crease of the SOD activity was greater than that of the former,but the difference was not sig-nificant.It was shown that the increase of activity of SOD made by the rotating magnetic field n1ainly manifested itself with instant biological effect.
