矿物元素对益生菌生长的影响

摘要 在用由乳酸菌与酵母菌等主要有益菌组成的复合菌液发酵棉籽壳的同时,分别加入不同剂量的Fe^2+、Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Mn^2+和Ca^2+,探讨矿物元素对复合菌液发酵过程中益生菌生长的影响。结果显示:铁(1000mg/kg)的活菌总数最高为(40.0±5.8)×10^8CFU/g,显著高于铁(500mg/kg)、铁(1500mg/kg)、以及铜、锰、锌、钙的两个水平组;铁、铜、锰、锌的各水平组的活菌总数都显著高于对照组。 The study on adding different doses iron, copper, manganese, zinc and calcium to cotton seed when it is formented under the condition of multi-bacterium liquid which is composed of lactobacillus and microzyme, and study the mineral element's effect on the growing of the helpful bacterium, the results showed that the group which adds 1 000 mg/kg iron shows the most live bacterium which is significant different from the groups which add 500 mg/kg iron, 1 500 mg/kg iron and the two doses of copper, manganese, zinc and calcium, the result is(40.0 ± 58 ) × 10^8 CFU/g. All doses of iron, copper, manganese, zinc microelement showed significant different from the compared group.
