简述了系统观的项目管理涵义及项目管理监控的意义,主要从进度、资源、质量、成本、风险几个方面定义了复杂产品开发项目管理监控的要素,介绍了项目管理要素监控的内容,最后对所做项目管理监控及其可视化模块的设计、实现进行了介绍。

System theory based project management and importance of project management are briefly described. And progress, resource, quality, cost and risk are defined as the primary elements of complex prodct development project monitoring, and the elements＇ monitoring are then presented. At last the design and implementation of the project management monitoring and presentation module are introduced.
