摘要
分析了影响注塑模寿命的几个原因,选取热处理后金属材料的相关性能参数作灰关联分析。以金属材料性能参数为相关因素变量,选取影响模具寿命的输出参数作为系统特征变量,应用灰关联分析法,分别生成各变量的处理数据序列,建立绝对灰关联度矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定金属材料性能参数对其注塑模寿命的影响程度。
It analyzes the factors of life influence to injection molding. Using the grey relation analysis, it describes the way of choosing the relative parameters such as heat treatment. It takes the reference performance parameters of the metal as the relative variable, and the output parameters as the variable of system characteristics, employs the grey relation analysis to form correspondingly the serial data list for each variable, establishes a absolute grey incidence degree matrix, finally uses the superior analytical principle to define the influence degree of metal's performance parameters for the life of injection molding.
