通过对某FPC产品的工艺分析,讨论了印刷线路板(PCB)模具的设计要点、应注意的问题和设计参数的确定。生产实践证明该模具结构合理,生产效率高。所做的分析对PCB模具的设计具有一定的指导作用。
Based on the technology analysis of a kind of flexible printed circuit board （FPC）, it proposes the main points of the printed circuit board die design, together with some important problems and key parameters. The practice example verifies that the die is of reasonable structure and high production efficiency. The results have some instructional functions on PCB die design.
