摘要
本文回顾了新中国成立50多年来研究推进农业现代化的历程,深入分析了中国实现农业现代化的特殊性和艰巨性,相应提出采取农村工业化、农业产业化、农村城市化三者互动并举、逐步推进的农业现代化道路。从传统农业向现代农业转变的实质是从农业文明向工业文明的转变,发展现代化农业的关键在创新,就经营理念、技术路线、生产手段、土地制度、社会服务的创新,提出了意见和建议。
This paper mainly reviews the process of Chinese agricultural modernization since 1950,deeply analyzes the particularity and difficulty of agricultural modernization realization,then correspondingly provides the path of promoting agricultural modernization under rural industrialization, agricultural industrialization and rural urbanization interacted and connected. Finally,this paper implies that the creation and innovation is the key to realize Chinese agricultural modernization, so it gives some advice and suggestions focus on agricultural creation from some facets such as management thoughts,technological route, production method,land arrangement and social service.
