摘要
通过对我国稻米的生产、加工、消费和贸易现状进行分析,提出了大力发展优质稻米产业、扶持稻米加工龙头企业、开展稻米精深加工、稻米产业制度创新等稻米产业发展对策。
The production,process,consumption and trade of rice in China are analyzed,and the paper discussed the countermeasure of developing rice industry, which include developing quality rice industry,supporting rice process enterprises,conducting rice fine accurate process, rice industry system innovation.
