Rational Consumption:Choice of Consumption Concept under Dual Restraints of Resources and Environment

理性消费是建立节约型社会、构建和谐社会,促进人类社会可持续发展的根本途径。本文在对理性消费的内涵进行科学界定的基础上,浅析了树立理性消费观的必要性及意义,针对我国实际提出了实践理性消费的主要路径:开源节流,实践生产领域的理性消费;加快消费引导,培养理性的消费者;完善制度支撑,为理性消费提供保障。

The rational consumption is the basic way of establishing economy society,constructing the harmonious society and promoting the human society sustainable development, On the foundation of carrying on the science limits of connotation of rational consumption,this article proposed in view of our country actual situation the effective way of practicing rationality consumption： developing new energy and saving energy to practice rational consumption of production realm;speeding up the expense guide to train＂the rational consumer＇; strengthening the government to provide consumption regulation for rational consumption.
