基于流域粮食安全的农业水资源安全阈值研究

On Safety Threshold of Agricultural Water Resources Based on Food Security in River Basins

农业水资源安全阈值是指在保证流域粮食安全的条件下,流域粮食生产所需的农业水资源最低标准。本文以流域为单元,研究粮食安全条件下的农业水资源安全阈值,主要研究水稻、小麦、玉米和豆类等粮食作物。从口粮标准入手,推算流域粮食总需求量,再根据各类粮食作物的需水量和有效降雨量,最终得到流域内粮食完全自给条件下的实际灌溉需水量,其最小值即为农业水资源安全阈值。

The safety threshold of agricultural water resources is a minimum standard of agricultural water resources which is used in the agricultural production on condition that the food security is guaranteed.This paper is focus on the study of safe value of agricultural water resources which guarantee the food security in every river basin.The rice,wheat,maize and bean arc the main objects of study in this paper. The total volume of food demand in a river basin can be got when a grain ration is provided. According to the water requirement and absorbed rain of the crops,the volume of water for irrigation can be calculated in which minimum value is safety threshold.
