摘要
水足迹和虚拟水是当前水资源领域研究的热点问题。本文通过引入水足迹分析法的基本理论和研究方法,计算得到2004年山东省水足迹为1515.05亿m3,人均水足迹为1650m3/人.a,水自给率为90.50%,水匮乏度达433.54%。水资源短缺已成为制约全省社会经济可持续发展的“瓶颈”。实施虚拟水战略、改变消费模式,已成为保障山东省水资源安全、实现区域可持续发展的有效途径。
Water footprint and virtul water are the hot topics in the field of water resources research. In this paper,we firstly introduce the concept of virtual water and water footprint,then computes and analyses the water footprint and the correlated evaluation indices of Shandong province in 2004. It is demonstrated that water footprint of Shandong Province is 1515.05× 10^2m^3,the per capita 1650m^3,water scarcity is 433.54% ,water self-sufficiency is 90.50%. However,it is a disadvantage to Shandong because water is very scarce in this region. At the end of this paper,the suggestions of implicating virtual water strategy and shifting consumption patterns are put forward for sustainable utilization of water resources in Shandong Province.
