摘要
某高速公路桥梁拓宽结构与原结构(文中简称“新旧结构”)的上部梁体连接中,大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥采取了新旧结构翼缘板直接相连接的方式,通过采用特殊连接材料和狭长带状后浇混凝土的施工工艺,保证了此次连接在不中断交通的情况下完成。新旧结构连接效果的试验评定结果表明,通过对新旧结构连接形式的比选、特殊材料的研制和施工工艺的优化等工作,这一连接方式是可行的。
The overhangs of the existing and widening structures wee connected directly without longitudinal joints when extending a highway bridge, which is a long multi-span bridge with prestressed concrete beam. Special material was used and the closure, pour placed section by section was demanded, making sure to connect successfully under normal traffic flow. Choosing suitable connection pattern, developing special material and optimizing the construction, it is proved to be feasible to connect the new beam and the old one like this by the experimental evaluation of the connecting effect.
