摘要
利用不确定多属性决策模型和可能度理论建立了不确定多属性公路建设项目排序模型,以区间形式综合考虑了影响公路建设项目排序各因素,相对于常用的确定型排序方法更多的保留了决策信息,同时,为了消除不同物理量纲对决策结果的影响,根据区间数运算法则,将决策矩阵转变为规范化矩阵,使决策结果更加科学可靠。最后,以西部某省的公路网规划为例,阐述了模型的计算步骤,证明模型的可行性。在实际应用中,不同地区可根据自己的地域特点,确定不同的排序决策因素及权重。
Priority order decision of road construction project is an important issue in the prceess of highway network planning. Base on uncertainty multi-attribute decision-making model and possibility theory, a priority order decision method for road construction project is established, which can preserve more information than normal method. Considering uncertain of construction project attribute (such as traffic value, cost, benefit), in this method the attribute value and weight are in the forms of interval numbers. In order to eliminate the effect of dimension, decision-making matrix is translated into standardized matrix by algorithm of interval numbers. Also an example was used to elaborate how to use this model. In practice, decision-making attributes and weight will be different according to the character of area .
