The Analysis on the Problem of the Mode of Fire Control Management in Communities

社区消防管理模式的产生对于提高消防意识,推行社区自身消防保障,减轻消防部队和政府财政压力发挥了重要的作用,但自身发展中将面临消防安全有效供给不足的问题。运用纳什均衡模型和帕累托最优模型比较分析了社区消防安全效益,说明了消防安全有效供给不足的原因,并提出相关建议。

The mode of fire control management in communities plays an important role in which the awareness of fire control is enhanced, the safeguard of fire control in communities is ensured, and the pressures of the army of fire control and finance are relieved. But there is a problem in its development, that is, the lack of the supply of security. On basis of the mode of Nash equilibrium and Pareto dominance, this paper analyses comparatively the benefit of securities of fire control in communities, and explains the reason why the supply of security is lacking, and puts forward some suggestions.
