摘要
在回顾差异化战略理论相关研究的基础上,对奇瑞汽车有限公司的差异化战略进行分析,并针对奇瑞竞争战略存在的不足提出改进对策。从奇瑞汽车差异化战略的实践中得出一些启示,并指出中国汽车企业应结合自身实际借鉴于奇瑞的差异化战略,在竞争中赢得优势。
Based on the research review of the differentiation strategy theory, the author analyzes the differentiation strategy of Chery Auto Co. Ltd. and proposes methods to improve the weaknesses of the competitive strategies of the company. Furthermore, the paper leads to the enlightenment that Chinese automobile enterprises should gain competing advantage by using differentiation strategies of Chery Auto for reference.
