摘要
基于流体力学理论,从结构设计出发对轴向柱塞液压马达滑靴副进行了研究和改进,使之更好地满足水压传动的润滑需求。选取了较合理的凹坑结构和不合理的凹坑结构及最初无凹坑的结构进行了试验测试,试验结果表明所得合适的凹坑分布确实能较其他凹坑分布形式改善滑靴底面的磨损状况。
Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, slipper pair of the axial piston hydraulic motor has been researched and improved to achieve the lubricating requirement in water- hydraulic technology. Three kinds of concaves containing reasonable, unreasonable and no concaves have been chosen in experiment. Comparing with other kinds of concaves, experimental results had shown that the reasonable concaves could really improve the wcar and tear situations under the bottom of slipper.
