摘要
采用一般砂芯涂料生产4JB1汽车发动机缸体缸盖时,在缸体缸盖内腔会有大量黏砂,使得汽缸导热性降低,从而带来许多负效应。试验研究表明,采用合理的喷丸清理工艺,对4JB1发动机缸体缸盖铸件内腔黏砂进行清理,可取得较好的效果。
When general core paint is utilized for producing 4JB1 automobile engine cylinder, a large amount of adhering sand will be generated in engine cylinder lid, which thus will lower thermal conductivity of the cylinder and accordingly bring forth numerous negative effects. The experiments and researched have shown that better effects can be achieved if the reasonable blasting cleaning process is adopted for removing adhering sand inside 4JB1 automobile engine cylinder casting.
