摘要
以STEYR矿用汽车转向节为研究对象,利用Solidworks软件建立了转向节的几何实体模型,在ANSYS中应用蒙特卡洛方法就制动工况进行可靠性有限元分析和影响转向节安全性的灵敏度指标分析,为矿用汽车关键部件设计提供理论指导。
In order to study the reliability of.mine automobile steering joint, the calculation finite element model of aluminium alloy wheel type was established in the Solidworks software. The strength and rigidity charicteristics under starting and emergency braking working conditions are analysed, based on these, the mine automobile steering joint sensitivity was analysed by using Monte Carlo simulations based on ANSYS.
