摘要
随着现代加工技术、高速加工机床的发展和使用,切削液的使用量越来越大。从生产成本,环境污染以及对工人身体健康的影响来考虑,应该发展干切削技术。着重讨论了实现干切削的主要难点、干切削技术对机床的设计要求,以及机床实现干切削的辅助方法。
With the modem machining technology and the high speed - machining machine tool developing and using, cutting fluid is used largely more and more. Should develop the dry cutting technology from the influences of workers health, enviromnent pollution and reducing the production cost. Argument the drying cutting mainly difficulty, the design specification to dry cutting machine tool, and the back method of machine tool realizes drying cutting.
