摘要 从干式切削技术的绿色特性出发,简要介绍了干式切削刀具的新材料、涂层技术和刀具设计技术,在此基础上,较详细地讨论了采用新材料的干式切削刀具、涂层刀具和新型结构刀具三大方面的应用情况,最后对干式切削刀具技术的发展和应用情况进行了展望。 Briefly introduced green characteristic about dry cutting technology. Based on this, the applications adopting new materialsdry cutting tools, coating technology and new - type structure tools are discussed at length. At last, an outlook is given about the development and application of dry cutting tools technology.
