摘要
介绍了提升机制动性能计算机辅助测试系统的硬件构成,根据提升机制动性能测试项目的要求,运用模块化的思想设计开发了测试系统软件,并给出了测试结果。结果表明,利用虚拟仪器技术开发的提升机制动性能计算机辅助测试系统能够精确高效地完成测试工作,并具有很好的可扩展性。
The structure of hardware of braking performance of hoist CAT system is introduced. According to the testing items of braking performance of hoist, software structure of this testing system is established by module idea. An example is given. It can be proved that this braking performance of hoist CAT system which is developed through virtual instrument can finish measurement task with higher accuracy and efficiency, and it also has better expandability.
