从串条在带式输送机机身上槽形托辊架、机头和机尾段过渡槽形托辊架组受循环变化力矩作用,串条随输送带在单位时间内转过机头、机尾段过渡槽形托辊架组的频率,及选用不同型号的钢铰线串条等方面分析了串条被折断现象的原因,并提出相应的处理办法。

Mainly analyse the reasons that the phenomenon of pins breaking from several aspects, these are dint function with circulating variet of pins from tmughing idler frame, the head pulley and the tail pulley on conveyor belt machine,the frequency of pins with belt tuining through the head pulley,tail pulley, and tmnghing idler frame, and the choose of twisted steel thread pin with different mode, also pick up with proper dealt method.
