摘要
组网雷达作战效能评估应用系统理论、离散数学等方法实现。该指标体系从可用度和可信度、探测能力、侦察能力、信息处理能力、生存能力等方面评价雷达网作战效能。评估过程综合考虑指标的全面性、合理性、独立性,建立侦察雷达网指标体系,通过权重确定,指标量化,及科学分析,得出评估模型。
The radar net fighting efficiency evaluation is realized by using system theory and disperse mathematics method. The index system evaluates the radar net fighting efficiency according to practicable degree, reliability degree, detecting ability, monitoring ability, information processing ability, and survival ability. The evaluation process establishes the radar net index system based on synthetically considering the all-side, reasonable, independent index. The evaluation index is achieved after ensuring weight, quantizing index, analyzing scientifically.
