摘要
粉末压柱药的直接装压,其称装药精度采用计量板定容装药和振动技术。药料斗下方安装NAMUR电容式传感器实时监测料斗药量。振料结构由脉冲发生器和位于料斗及计量板下方的膜片缸组成,通过脉冲发生器调节振动的频率。压合深度和压合密度采用全闭环全数字气液伺服技术,并对压合过程中压力实现在线实时检测和控制。
The weighing and charging accuracy of direct charging and pressing for powder charging adopts the metering plate fixed capacity charging and liberation technology. The NAMUR capacitance sensor which installed under the charging filter monitors the powder capacity momentarily. Liberation charging structure consists of pulse generator and film crock which under the filter and metering plate and modulates the liberation frequency by pulse generator. The pressure deepness and pressure density adopts the whole closed-loop and whole digital gas-liquid servo technology. The pressure realizes online real time detection and control in pressuring process.
